A sense of community, a devotion to excellence—these are what makes us Heatherwood.
We’re a family-owned company on a mission to create high-quality places that inspire a genuine sense of community. From our welcoming leasing staff to our friendly maintenance team, we take care of our residents from their first moment with us.
Our four core values have shaped our corporate culture since the very beginning. Integrity, fearlessness, commitment, and enthusiasm—these are the guiding principles that drive every business decision we make and influence how we treat our residents, employees, and partners.
Founded in the 1950s, Heatherwood has been a mainstay in Long Island real estate for decades. Today, we have a portfolio of over 30 residential and commercial properties in prime locations, from Brooklyn to the Hamptons.
